I'm Angela, founder of sextasy, and our lead Relationship and Sex Coach. I have extensive personal and professional experience and training in areas including health and wellness, sex and relationships, coaching and facilitation. I have completed Integrative Sex & Couples Certification with CSTIP, and as a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council I am committed to ongoing professional development.
I take a collaborative, optimistic, and solution-focused approach to relationship and sex coaching and use a mix of talking and activities. Working together - whether one to one or with your partner or partners - we identify your vision and goals, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you move towards the life you're dreaming of.
I specialize in helping clients through challenging life events that can affect sexual and relational satisfaction: such as pregnancy and postpartum, perimenopause, infidelity or divorce. I can also help you explore areas like gender, sexuality, or non-traditional relationship structures. I'm sex-positive, kink aware, trauma informed, passionately inclusive and non-judgmental.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you determine if relationship and sex coaching with me is right for you. During this session, we can discuss your goals and how I can support you in achieving them.

if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Answer: Sex and relationship coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process that helps you explore your desires, navigate challenges, and build stronger connections in your intimate and relational life. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing past trauma or diagnosing mental health conditions, coaching is future-focused, offering practical tools and strategies to enhance communication, intimacy, and self-awareness. Coaches provide a safe, non-judgmental space to address topics like desire, sexual confidence, or relationship dynamics, tailored to your unique needs.
Answer: Anyone looking to deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships can benefit, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or relationship status. Whether you’re single, partnered, polyamorous, or navigating a specific challenge—like low desire, communication issues, or exploring gender identity—coaching offers personalized support. We work with individuals, couples, and polycules to foster growth and connection.
Answer: Coaching can address a wide range of topics, including:
No topic is too big or small—our coaches are here to guide you with compassion and expertise.
Answer: Absolutely. Our coaching is inclusive and affirming of all gender identities (including gender-fluid, non-binary, and trans individuals), sexual orientations, and relationship structures. We create a safe space where you can explore your unique experiences, whether you’re questioning your identity, seeking gender-affirming intimacy, or navigating diverse relationship dynamics. Your authenticity is celebrated here.
Answer: If you’re feeling stuck, curious, or eager to grow in your sexual or relational life, coaching can be a great fit. It’s ideal for those who want to proactively improve their relationships, explore their desires, or address specific challenges. For couples or polycules, coaching works best when all partners are open to the process, but individual coaching can also help you clarify your needs before involving others. We offer a free consultation to discuss your goals and see if coaching aligns with your needs.
Answer: Each session is tailored to you, but typically, we’ll start by discussing your goals or challenges. Your coach will ask open-ended questions to help you reflect, share exercises or tools (like communication techniques or journaling prompts), and guide you toward actionable steps. Sessions are conversational, supportive, and focused on empowering you. Sessions are online via zoon, last 55 minutes, and may include follow-up resources to support your progress.
Answer: Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice. Everything discussed in sessions remains private, except in rare cases where there’s a legal obligation to report (e.g., imminent harm to yourself or others). We create a safe, judgment-free space where you can share openly and feel secure.
Answer: Not at all! Coaching is just as valuable for individuals as it is for couples or polycules. If you’re single or unpartnered, we can focus on understanding your desires, building sexual confidence, exploring your identity, or preparing for future relationships. The work you do on yourself lays the foundation for healthier connections, partnered or not.
Answer: Approaching your partner about coaching can feel vulnerable, but framing it as a shared opportunity for growth can help. Try saying, “I’ve been thinking about how we could deepen our connection, and I came across coaching as a way to explore that together. What do you think about trying it?” Use “I” statements to express your curiosity or goals, and invite their perspective. If they’re hesitant, suggest starting with a free consultation to learn more without committing.
Answer: The duration and frequency of coaching depend on your goals. Some clients see progress in a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support for deeper exploration. Sessions are typically weekly or biweekly to maintain momentum, but we’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your life. After your initial session, we’ll discuss a plan that aligns with your needs and timeline.
Answer: Yes, coaching can address physical and emotional aspects of sexual challenges, though we’re not medical professionals. We can help you explore factors like stress, body image, or relationship dynamics that might affect libido or arousal, and offer strategies to reconnect with your body and desires. If needed, we’ll recommend consulting a psychotherapist, doctor or specialist for medical concerns, working alongside them to support your holistic well-being.
Answer: Getting started is easy! Reach out via our contact form, email, or booking button to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. During this online call, we’ll discuss your goals, answer any questions, and from there, you can book your first session and begin your journey toward a more fulfilling sexual and relational life.
